How do i wash my wig or bundles ?
Before your first installation. Co-washing your wig is key! We recommend that you air dry on a wig stand.
How do i take care of my bundles and wig daily ?
If you are used to hot styling tools, make sure to apply heat protector and prefer thermal styling tools.
To maintain the colour, we recommend colour safe shampoos and matching conditionners.
How can i prolong my lace lifespan ?
Keep it on a mannequin head or wig stand.
Prefer cold water to hot water and avoid salt water and chlorine as much as possible.
ORDER'S QUESTIONS
When will i receive my order ?
It takes us 4 to 7 working days to get your fabulous lace ready and an additional:
* 2 working days for domestic deliveries
* 4 to 5 working days for deliveries in Europe
* 5 to 10 working days for international delivery
What about Refund and Return ?
Return:
We get it, life happens. Although our wigs have never let anybody down, if you happen to change your mind, you can return your purchase. In order to qualify for a refund, the items must be retruned to us within 7 days of order receipt with the following conditions:
– Unaltered and unused.
– In their original packaging with all the labels/tags/instructuctions still attached.
The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation and the return costs will be paid for by you.
Refund:
Once the return process and the items returned have been approved, refunds will be processed.
We will issue a refund of the full value of the undamaged wigs duly returned.
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
– Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used for the purchase.
– PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
